Salary: $45,200 - $75,400

Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is currently seeking a Program Specialist to join our team! This position is full-time, based at Picatinny Arsenal, for a Facilities Program Specialist with 2+ years of experience. The role involves supporting a customer at Picatinny Arsenal.


What will you be doing?

The Facilities-Logistics Program Support Specialist provides administrative, analytical, and project support to the Facilities and Logistics Program Manager and team. Responsibilities include:

* Program & Project Support: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing facility-logistics programs and projects, including capital improvements, preventative maintenance, and space planning. Support inventory control of government assets.
* Data Management & Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze facility data (e.g., work orders, utility consumption, space utilization). Generate reports and support data-driven decisions.
* Documentation & Reporting: Maintain documentation related to programs, projects, and procedures. Prepare reports on program status, KPIs, and milestones. Support record keeping, warehousing, transportation, and compliance documentation.
* Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders and vendors. Facilitate communication between teams.
* Other Duties: Perform duties efficiently with a strategic approach aligned with departmental goals.


Skills and Experience Needed

* Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* 2+ years of administrative or project support experience, preferably in facilities management or construction.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with MS Teams, CMMS systems (e.g., Archibus, Maximo, ServiceNow), and data visualization tools.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Note: US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance are required. Valid driver's license is necessary.
