The Role: As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Advising on and administering trusts Handling probate and estate administration (including taxable and non-taxable estates) Providing guidance on Inheritance Tax and probate procedures in England and Wales Requirements: We’re looking for a qualified Private Client Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) who can demonstrate: Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail A compassionate and client-focused approach A good understanding of inheritance law and estate administration Confidence using legal software and IT tools including Microsoft Office and Adobe What’s on Offer: A collaborative, professional, and genuinely welcoming team environment A hybrid working model (office-based in Tunbridge Wells with some remote flexibility) Ongoing training and development opportunities Competitive salary of £40,000 – £42,000, depending on experience If you're an ambitious Private Client Solicitor looking for a fresh opportunity in a well-respected and friendly firm, we’d love to hear from you.
