Join our South London Housing team as a Resident Liaison Officer. This dynamic role involves delivering responsive services to our customers, managing various projects, and supporting potentially vulnerable customers. You will be instrumental in ensuring effective communication and service delivery to our residents, reflecting our commitment to prioritising their needs and views.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Participate in the sign-up and needs assessment of customers during the handover of Regeneration properties.
* Ensure effective resolution of complaints and support customers during service restoration activities.
* Organise and deliver estate events, enhancing community engagement.
* Facilitate and coordinate responses to customer inquiries by collaborating with the Neighbourhood Response team, Customer Service team, and Response team.
* Attend offices and residents' homes as required, with the flexibility to support regular home working.
