Job Title: Store Manager
We're looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our retail team. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Store Manager, you'll guide the store's commercial and community strategies, lead your team, and ensure an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, colleagues, and members. * Experience in guiding and developing a team in a busy, service-focused environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire your team.
* Resilience and strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to understand and analyze commercial information.
* Willingness to support the team with store activities.
