Job Description
As a Spa Therapist at St. Pancras Renaissance, you are responsible for providing a range of five-star luxury spa treatments for members, hotel guests, and visitors. As a key member of the spa team, the Casual Therapist will coordinate the delivery of spa services including spa, skin care, fitness & wellness, and massage while also assisting when required with spa reservations, reception desk, and locker room duties.
Position Summary: As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of luxury spa treatments and coordinate spa services, ensuring a high standard of guest service.
Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
* Working with selected vendors for spa retail operations to deliver an outstanding guest service spa experience.
* Providing all spa treatments as required, ensuring outstanding guest service at all times.
* Taking ownership of spa treatment rooms, ensuring areas are presentable.
* Using and selling retail products.
* Collaborating with the Director of Spa / Spa Operations Manager to execute all spa and leisure operations, striving to improve guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.
* Using initiative and a proactive approach to provide guests with unique and fabulous options to enhance their experience.
* Complying with COSHH and Health and Safety Standards.
* Following lost property procedures.
* Complying with Brand Standards when preparing rooms for guests' arrival.
* Delivering an exceptionally high standard of five-star luxury lifestyle service for every guest interaction.
* Maintaining a positive, supportive attitude, grooming standard, body language, and tone at all times.
* Delivering service to your full potential and carrying out other duties as required to ensure overall hotel operations are maintained.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
* Strong understanding of standards and procedures.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
* Level 3 Certificates in both massage and facial.
