Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. With opportunities for career development, JD Group is ideal for those motivated by progression and career growth.
Responsibilities
1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding our customer service standards.
2. Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain high visual and merchandising standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, well-stocked, and displays are organized per brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments, representing the company professionally, and adhering to safety guidelines.
5. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are appealing and organized.
8. Address and resolve customer queries professionally.
9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs
1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Drive KPIs such as Units, Conversion Rate, ATV, and UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure all stock on the shop floor is replenished and well-presented.

1. A positive attitude towards a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
