A well-established financial planning firm is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their team, supporting advisers and delivering outstanding service to clients. This is a key role, ensuring client finances are accurate, up-to-date, and meeting their goals while helping the team run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle client, provider, and adviser queries in a timely and professional manner
* Prepare advisers for client meetings, including updating the cashflow planning tool (Truth) and creating meeting agendas
* Produce short, templated Suitability Reports
* Maintain accurate client records and support the team with day-to-day administration
* Assist with ad-hoc projects and contribute to improving processes
Requirements:
* Experience in client administration, must be within Financial Planning/ Advice industry
* Confidence handling client and adviser queries
* Strong Excel and Word skills, excellent attention to detail, and numeracy
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Familiarity with systems such as Intelliflo, Truth, or Workiro (or willingness to learn)
* Friendly, positive, and open to feedback and new ideas
