Team Member (Delivery) - Inverness Eastgate (N101512)
Shift Hours: 6hrs p/w; Fri 10:30 - 13:30; Sat 15:00 - 18:00
Working as part of a fast‑paced store team, your top priority is to efficiently process our products so that they are available to customers as quickly as possible. When you’re needed on the sales floor, your outstanding customer service skills will shine through. In return for supporting all Company policies and procedures and bringing a positive attitude, we will invest in your development from day one. Flexible working options are available.
Responsibilities
* Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
* Present stock beautifully and put it onto the sales floors or away in the stockrooms correctly.
* Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised.
* Offer fast and friendly service to customers from back or front areas of the store, working on the sales floor as needed.
* Work as part of the store team and report to one of our Coordinators or Managers.

Application Process
As part of your application you will be required to complete an online assessment, including a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Our in‑store recruitment team will then review the successfully completed applications and contact those who match the job criteria closest to arrange an initial interview.
