About This Role
We are seeking a Branch Operations Coordinator to join our National Branch Network within the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. This is your chance to make a real impact!
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Enhance customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions and introducing digital solutions.
* Complete operational tasks while minimizing risks in line with established policies.
* Efficiently perform a variety of transactional, operational, and customer support tasks.
* Assist the Branch Manager with operational tasks and scheduling.
* Resolve daily operational issues on the teller line with guidance from regional management.
* Support customers and employees in addressing concerns or complaints.
* Provide exceptional service by building relationships and completing transactions with care.
* Identify and meet customers' financial needs with relevant information and services.
* Motivate a diverse team to reach their full potential and achieve business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen and understand customer issues.
* Experience in educating customers about technology and mobile banking options.
* Integrity and professionalism in interactions with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to identify potential fraud and take appropriate action.
* Cash handling experience.
* Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Judgment to raise questions to management and adhere to policy guidelines.
* Relevant military experience in personnel benefits management or human resources.
* Knowledge of retail compliance controls and risk management.
* Ability to inspire others to achieve their best.
Job Expectations
* Willingness to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
* This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.69. Pay may vary based on factors such as skills, experience, and location.
