Were seeking a highly skilled and motivated PCB Technologist to join our fast-paced, collaborative engineering environment. Youll be working on the design and development of high-performance printed circuit boards that power some of the most advanced systems in the defense and aerospace sector.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop PCB layouts that meet electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing requirements.
* Translate schematic diagrams into manufacturable designs using industry-standard ECAD tools.
* Ensure compliance with IPC standards and internal design rules.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
* Support prototype and production builds, resolving design and fabrication issues.
* Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate documentation and configuration control throughout the design lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in PCB design and layout, ideally within aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability sectors.
* Proficiency in ECAD tools such as Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer, or Cadence Allegro.
* Solid understanding of signal integrity, EMC, thermal management, and DFM principles.
* Familiarity with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-2221, IPC-7351).
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* HNC/HND or degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with rigid-flex and HDI PCB technologies.
* Knowledge of PCB fabrication processes and materials.
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced environment.
