Job Description
Division/Location: Allura USA
Position Title: Product Installation Specialist - Seattle, Washington
Reports To: Product Installation Manager
General Function:
The Product Installation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing fiber cement building product installation training and support for the internal sales organization, distribution customers, dealers, builders, contractors, and more. Able to effectively deliver presentations tailored to different audiences. Link the technical aspects of product installation with market trends to drive profitable growth.
Essential Functions:
* Provide regular product support to the sales team, channel partners, trades, design teams, and general contractors.
* Proactively aid the sales organization by conducting pre-audits of targeted builders and installers, either in the field or via plans.
1. Partner with sales and pricing teams to recommend rebate programs and modifications based on analysis.
2. Integrate market findings into sales processes, refine renewal programs, and report findings with management using reports and dashboards.
* Assist in early volume verification, identify potential claim issues, and help resolve them before they become liabilities.
* Understand wall cost analysis and verify product comparisons.
Organize and plan classroom and field training sessions, educate customers on best practices, and effectively communicate across all organizational levels.
* Perform warranty inspections, generate reports, and verify volume data for target products, including siding, trim, soffit, shingle, and competitive products.
* Coordinate with sales to plan market visits and travel efficiently across the U.S.
* Climb stairwells, ladders, or lifts up to ten stories high, and use power and carpentry tools safely.
* Lift up to 100 pounds, identify installation techniques to improve efficiency, and research current market products and standards.
* Read blueprints, understand wind load requirements, and verify product certifications.

Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration
* At least 5 years of experience in siding or exterior cladding industry
* OSHA 10-hour safety card (plus)
* First Aid and CPR training (plus)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Bilingual in French or Spanish (plus)
