WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to become a specialist Life Sciences recruiter, from candidate sourcing to client relationship building

ABOUT YOU
Recent graduate in a STEM subject (2024 or 2025)
Experience working in a fast-paced, sales or target-driven environment – whether that’s retail, hospitality, telesales, or similar
A natural competitor with a winning mindset, whether from your sports background, academic achievements, or other competitive experiences
Ambitious, coachable, and ready to work hard
Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes

LOCATION
This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Loughton, East London Headquarters — a modern, high-energy space created to support collaboration, training, and success. Just a short walk from the Central Line, it’s well-connected to London and surrounding areas.
