This role is exciting, diverse, and challenging, set in a dynamic, fast-paced, and supportive team environment. You will deliver administrative support for the teams, assisting with various projects. You should be highly organised, motivated, self-disciplined, and a true team player. Creativity is crucial for this position, as you'll need to design and create posters to communicate upcoming events, training sessions, new procedures, policies, and general news within the Facilities department.

The Business Administrator will assist service leads with administrative tasks that support the day-to-day running and organisation of their service, including the Facilities departments of Catering, Restaurant/Retail, Domestics, and Porters (Logistics).
A broad knowledge of administration is required, including the ability to creatively design and produce posters to visually communicate upcoming events, training, new procedures, policies, and general news within the Facilities department.
A flexible approach to work and problem-solving is essential, along with a helpful manner and sensitive approach when dealing with complex and confidential information.
