Your New Role
As Facilities Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective delivery of facilities services across RCOG’s London premises. You will lead on both hard and soft FM services, ensuring the building is safe,pliant and operating efficiently, while providing an excellent workplace experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day facilities operations, including maintenance, cleaning, security and front of house servicesOverseeing external contractors and service providers, ensuring high performance and value for moneyLeading on health & safety,pliance, and statutory obligations across the estateSupporting space planning, office moves and project deliveryMonitoring budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunitiesActing as the main point of contact for facilities-related queries from internal stakeholdersWhat You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have proven experience in a Facilities Manager or similar role within a corporate or membership environmentDemonstrate strong knowledge of health & safety and statutorypliance requirementsPossess excellent stakeholder management andmunication skillsBe experienced in managing contractors and supplier relationshipsHave a proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong organisational skillsWhat You'll Get in Return
