The Role
As a Surveying Services Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients making an enquiry. Your role is to understand their needs, advise on the right type of survey or service, and guide them through the booking and payment process.
This is not cold calling. All enquiries are warm and come through our website, phone line, comparison platforms and social channels.
You will manage the full enquiry to booking journey, making sure clients receive clear guidance, prompt communication, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Support the surveyors with diary management and optimising their working week.
Key Responsibilities
* Build rapport with clients and guide them to the most suitable survey or service
* Handle inbound calls and email enquiries promptly and professionally
* Create clear, accurate quotations through our CRM system
* Follow up warm enquiries and assist clients with their decision-making
* Manage your own enquiry pipeline and drive conversions through proactive communicationLiaise with surveyors to schedule surveys efficiently and support smooth service delivery
* Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure internal processes are followed
* Support marketing activities by feeding back market insights and lead quality trends
* Meet and exceed agreed sales and service targets
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum two years of experience in surveying, sales, estate agency, customer success or client advisory roles
* Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
* Confidence in engaging with clients by phone and email
* Target-driven with high attention to detail
* Organised, professional and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
* A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to client care
* £27,000 basic salary plus quarterly (uncapped) commission
