Operating out of a modern and fully equipped facility, they manufacture high-precision components for a wide range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, and general engineering. Due to continued growth and demand, they are now looking to add a skilled CNC Setter Operator to their team-someone with strong milling and turning experience who can confidently set and operate a range of CNC machinery. As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for the accurate setting and efficient operation of CNC milling and turning machines, working from engineering drawings to produce precision components to tight tolerances. This is a hands-on role in a busy machine shop environment, ideally suited to someone with a solid background in machining who takes pride in producing high-quality work. You'll be working with Fanuc-controlled machines, and your ability to identify and resolve setup or tooling issues will be key to your success.
