Income generated by Lena is reinvested to fund Inspires vital charitable work. We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead Lena through its next phase of strategic and digital transformation, driving commercial growth while maintaining clinical excellence and social impact. Reporting to the Group Chief Executive, the Managing Director will: Lead the transformation of Lenas operations into a digitally enabled, person-centred model. Rebuild and scale the commercial function to deliver sustainable growth. Strengthen partnerships and develop new markets across Ireland and beyond. Drive innovation in service delivery while upholding Lenas vision, values and governance standards. The Person: You will bring significant senior leadership experience within a commercial environment, with a proven record of delivering growth, transformation and operational excellence. Entrepreneurial yet values-driven, you will balance business acumen with a deep commitment to improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes.
