Your new role
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team with the coordination and execution of campaigns, events, and digital content. You’ll be responsible for maintaining marketing databases, updating website and social media content, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with market research and reporting. This is a dynamic and varied role that requires excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
* Maintain and update the company website and social media platforms
* Coordinate the production of marketing materials and literature
* Support the organisation of promotional events and trade shows
* Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics
* Liaise with external agencies and suppliers
* Maintain marketing databases and CRM systems
* Provide general administrative support to the marketing team
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need a combination of creativity, attention to detail, and strong administrative skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing software (Mailchimp, Canva, CMS platforms)
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities
* A proactive and enthusiastic attitude
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
* A degree or qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
* Experience with social media management and content creation
* Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
