As an Account Consultant at NTT GIN, you will be the go-to expert for managing and nurturing relationships within assigned client accounts. Your mission is to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions within your accounts, ensuring that our clients are satisfied throughout their entire journey with us. You will utilize your advanced planning skills to coordinate interactions across different geographies during sales engagements. You will actively work to minimize churn and maximize retention by uncovering growth opportunities within your accounts. By taking ownership of the commercial agreements for each client, you will drive client satisfaction and address any concerns by recommending IP solutions that NTT GIN can deliver. Using our sales tools and methodologies, you will manage territories, accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts effectively. By developing open and effective communication channels with clients, you will inspire them to adopt additional services and establish yourself as their reliable point of contact.
* Strong sales business acumen, focusing on planning and leveraging tools.
* In-depth knowledge of NTT GIN IP offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
* Proficiency in sales pursuit, including identifying and advancing opportunities with prospects and clients.
* Experience with business-to-business sales techniques.
* Experience working with the Salesforce.com CRM platform.
* Excellent client engagement and management skills, with a detailed understanding of client needs and effective sales planning.
* Ability to negotiate with clients and vendors/partners effectively.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a sales-related field.
