About the role
An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated midwife to join the Band 7 Midwifery Leadership Team within Ward 3 at Dr Gray’s Hospital. This key clinical leadership role involves responsibility for ward management, team leadership, workforce planning and quality improvement. You will lead a skilled multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality, person‑centred maternity care, while driving continuous service improvement within a supportive and forward‑thinking environment.
