The role
Infinity Employment are seeking a Customer Sales Administrator to join a well-established manufacturer of high-quality power solutions for the Fire and Security Industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering full training, ongoing support, and the potential for a permanent position. You must be organised and customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* £13.00 per hour
* Monday - Friday
* Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing customer orders from receipt through to processing
* Handling and responding to a busy inbox of customer enquiries
* Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email
* Liaising with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and product enquiries
* Accurately processing orders and maintaining customer records
* Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required
Key skills:
* Previous customer service or administration experience preferred
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and email systems
* Ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
