What You Can Expect
As a Sales Representative, you will help achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and represent the Company professionally. You will build relationships with Health Care Professionals while adhering to Company policies. Your goal is to attain regional sales targets and exceed current company turnover, maintaining profitability by following pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
* Sell exclusively the Company’s products as directed by management strategies.
* Develop close relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and allied personnel in the territory.
* Provide or arrange training in the use of Zimmer products, without assisting in surgical procedures or patient interventions.
* Follow up on leads or visits promptly as directed by the Sales Manager.
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Sales Manager.
* Acquire knowledge of Zimmer and competitive products to be effective.
* Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training, etc., as required.
* Care for samples or instrumentation assigned to you.
* Assist in stock checks of FOC instrumentation and consignment stocks when needed.
What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in selling within the Medical Devices sector.
* Understanding of medical language and anatomy for interactions with surgeons and theatre staff.
* Full knowledge of the product portfolio.
* Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
* Minimum 'A' level education or equivalent, preferably with a business degree.
* Knowledge of the territory, hospitals, and personnel.
Your Background
* Proven sales and negotiation skills with sound business acumen.
* Strong presentation, customer relationship, and communication skills.
* Analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
* Regular travel within the territory by car.
* Occasional UK and international travel with overnight stays.
* Valid driving license is essential.
