This is an exciting, hands-on role driving fundamental brand changes globally, aligning with our transformation to be a leading UCaaS/CPaaS provider for SMEs and Local Enterprise. You'll play a vital part in delivering our group's brand strategy, positioning, identity, and corporate communications, helping us better articulate our story.

You’re Role Will Include:
* Brand Strategy & Management: Drive the execution of our global brand strategy, ensuring our values and vision are central to all content. You'll own key aspects of our internal brand roadmap, track performance, and unify our existing brands worldwide.
* Brand Identity & Design: Champion and safeguard our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. You'll advocate for exceptional customer experience, refine brand guidelines, and support branding for strategic projects, including acquisitions.
* Brand Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling content and campaigns that bring our brand positioning and value propositions to life. You'll ensure consistent messaging and tone of voice across all channels, supporting new strategic launches.
* Communications Strategy: Create and deliver engaging content for both internal and external stakeholders across various channels (e.g., website, social media, press releases). You'll also support PR efforts and develop internal communication plans with the People team to keep employees informed and engaged.
* Team & Development: Foster a collaborative culture, support budget tracking, and mentor junior colleagues in brand and content.
What You’ll Bring:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
* 4+ years of relevant experience in branding and marketing.
* Demonstrable track record of supporting the execution of a brand strategy to deliver against ambitious commercial goals.
* Experience of owning strategic projects (or key aspects of the project) in brand and communications very desirable e.g. company rebranding, integration of acquisitions, new communications roll-outs.
* Passion for content creation, with demonstrable experience of self-generating compelling content that resonates – ideally in the B2B technology space.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Experience in the technology sector is essential, with experience in SaaS, CPaaS, UCaaS highly desirable.
* Experience of working with international stakeholders at all levels.
