Job Advert Job Purpose Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the Procurement Specialist will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement activities align with company policies and objectives. This role plays a key part in optimising cost, quality, risk and delivery performance. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Purchasing: Execute end-to-end procurement processes including project management, Market engagement (RFx), supplier selection, and supplier onboarding. Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements in line with company policies and risk tolerances. Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and performance. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal business functions to define and support business needs. Provide guidance and training to internal business functions on procurement approach, contract terms and best practices. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiation, supplier consolidation, and alternative sourcing methods. Contract Management: Maintain a central repository of contracts and track key milestones, renewals, and obligations. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and audit standards. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse procurement data, monitor KPIs, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles Experience with procurement systems and contract management tools Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
