Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Matching invoices from IMDEX
* Maintaining accuracy levels above 98%
* Meeting set productivity targets
* Preparing vendor statements
* Researching credits and returns
* Processing payment hold research
* Conducting quality checks for matched invoices
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Desired skills:
* Degree/Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting
* 0 to 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably in BPO with reconciliations and invoice exception management
* Knowledge of Oracle Financials
* Experience with Six Sigma methodologies, participation in lean projects, quality circles, and creative work groups
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel or similar applications
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* Typing speed of 25-30 w.p.m with 90% accuracy
* Minimum 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
