As a Stores Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records
Coordinating the movement of goods in and out of the stores
Assisting with the preparation of reports and inventory audits
Collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations
Maintaining a tidy and organised storage areaEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To thrive in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in a warehouse or stores environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using inventory management software
A proactive approach to problem-solvingDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
Previous experience in a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) environment
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Certification in inventory management or logistics
Ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyTechnologies:
Inventory management systems
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
