Role Overview
As our Customer Experience Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client satisfaction, retention, and premium service delivery. You will lead the front-of-house team, oversee patient communications, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects the quality, care, and prestige of the Yorkshire Dental Suite brand.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Experience & Service Excellence
* Ensure every patient interaction — from first inquiry to post-treatment follow-up — is exceptional.
* Manage and continuously improve the customer journey, including welcome experience, treatment consultations, and aftercare.
* Handle escalated concerns or complaints with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house and patient care coordinators.
* Implement best practices for service delivery, appointment scheduling, and patient communications.
* Foster a warm, professional, and service-oriented team culture.
Operational Oversight
* Monitor front-desk operations to ensure efficiency and attention to detail.
* Work closely with the clinical team to align appointment flows with patient care needs.
* Maintain systems for patient feedback and proactively address areas for improvement.
Brand & Reputation Management
* Uphold the visual and service standards of a high-end Chelsea dental clinic.
* Collaborate with marketing to implement strategies for patient engagement, retention, and referral.
* Promote a reputation for excellence both in-practice and online through reviews and testimonials.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Proven experience in a customer-facing high-end setting.
* Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Desirable:
* Experience in private dentistry or a luxury environment.
* Familiarity with dental CRM and practice management software (e.g., Dentally, SOE, or similar).
* A passion for wellness, aesthetics, or premium client care.
