The Works
As Head Chef, you'll lead a passionate kitchen team with precision, pride, and creativity. You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality dishes, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and maintaining the relaxed but polished food experience our guests love.
You will:
* Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
* Lead on food quality, consistency, innovation, and presentation
* Mentor, coach, and support your team to develop and thrive
* Collaborate with the wider senior team on menu evolution
* Champion cleanliness, safety, and kitchen efficiency every day
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves leading by example, bringing positive energy to service, and delivering honest, elevated food with care.
