Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support for students who require help to re-engage with learning. Work closely with teaching staff to plan and deliver individualised support strategies. Support the emotional wellbeing and personal development of students. Assist in monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. About You: Experience working with young people, particularly in an educational or pastoral setting, is desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with students. A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to supporting student needs.
