Operations Coordinator - Freight Forwarding

We are supporting a leading organisation in their search for a skilled Operations Coordinator to join their busy team based in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise closely with logistics teams and the warehouse to ensure client requirements are accurately fulfilled and on time.
Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Communicate timely and accurate information to clients regarding materials, shipments, and delivery status.
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to optimise service delivery and support margin improvement.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities.
High attention to detail with the ability to produce and maintain accurate documentation.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
A proactive mindset with a drive to improve service quality and performance.
Ability to analyse operational performance and contribute to process improvement.
An existing network of suppliers and logistics contacts is beneficial.
Experience working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
