Mott MacDonald Bentley are recruiting for a Risk Coordinator to join the Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA). The 330km Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) Project by Anglian Water is under construction and will be completed during AMP8. Beyond this we have a further 260km of water transfer pipelines and associated infrastructure to be delivered in AMP8. About The Role As our Risk Coordinator, you will support the Risk Lead on the SPA programme. You will develop risk management capability on the programme through management of risk, alignment with change control, and establishing a baseline at different stages of the programme, with ongoing forecasts throughout the life of the programme. Working alongside and supporting the Project Controls, Commercial and Project teams, you will develop and implement a Risk Management strategy across SPA and establish a strong risk management process. Your Responsibilities Support the Risk Lead in the development, implementation, and monitoring of risk management strategies and frameworks. Work closely with project teams, particularly the Project Installation and Assembly Managers, Programme Area Managers, and Quantity Surveyors; assisting them in the risk management process. Maintain the Risk Registers, ensuring that the teams are properly inputting data into the registers ready for month end. Fix any errors or issues and continue to develop the registers in line with the Risk Lead. Additionally, close out the registers at the end of each month and generate the next month’s registers in a short amount of time. Coordination of the Risk review and reporting process, following up with teams to conduct monthly risk reviews of their threats, opportunities, and programme threats. Attend risk meetings and provide guidance and assistance in the maintenance of existing risks, closure of expired risks and the addition of new risks. Assist with the administration of key risk management tasks such as: Assisting with carrying out QSRA and QCRA Helping manage forecast against contingency through change control etc. Participate in risk workshops and training sessions as part of professional development.
