On offer is a varied role where you will be responsible for the picking of mechanical parts for a busy production line alongside other stores duties such as goods in/out, organising stock, putting away deliveries & stock control etc. This is a fantastic opportunity for a secure, stable role in a great environment where you can build your career within the production department.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a stores-based role & be competent in the picking of parts for production, alongside being competent using hand tools for mechanical assembly works.
The role will provide fantastic training, development & long-term progression for a Stores person who is able to work to tight deadlines within a busy Production environment.
The Role:
General stores duties & picking of parts within a busy production environment
Sorting of goods in and storage of parts in designated areas within the warehouse
Forklift operation
The person:
Previous experience in a stores-based role (picking parts for assembly)
Practical, highly motivated & able to work working to tight deadlines
Organised with a keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude & looking for training & development
