Your Duties as Account Manager will include: Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to successful completion of the finance agreement. Assess client needs and identify the most suitable funding solutions from a panel of reputable lenders. Deliver a high standard of customer service to both new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage. Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted finance advisor. Keep clients fully updated throughout the finance process, ensuring transparency and clear communication. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service from application to completion. Experience Required: Previous experience in a sales role within financial or FCA regulated environment. Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills. Self motivated, confident and driven to succeed in a fast paced environment. A proactive team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
