Are you passionate about helping people on their journey to recovery and building skills for better mental health?
We're looking for a dedicated Skills Coach to join our team and deliver high-quality training and support to people living with mental health needs.
In this role, you'll plan and deliver engaging sessions - including workshops in art and creativity - that empower people to build confidence, resilience, and independence. You'll provide one-to-one and group support, helping individuals develop practical tools to manage their mental health and move forward in their recovery journey.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and facilitation skills and a genuine passion for supporting others. Experience in delivering training or creative sessions in a group setting is essential, but what's most important is your ability to motivate, listen, and adapt to meet the needs of each person you support.
