Pay Range
Care Assistant (Bank) – Days and nights available, 12‑hour shifts. £12.40 per hour.
Duties
The duties are varied and no two days will be the same. Responsibilities include:
* Supporting residents with personal care needs.
* Assisting residents to take part in activities that support their health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions.
* Encouraging and engaging residents in a range of special interests.
* Providing overall support to ensure a positive environment for residents.
Qualifications & Requirements
All positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults. We do not require formal qualifications, but we provide training and support to obtain a qualification in health and social care.
