We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Poling Survey Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of Poling. The Poling Survey Delivery Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery, performance, and governance of poling survey activity under the Openreach OSA contract. Working directly into the Senior Operations Manager, the role ensures surveys are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and to the required quality standard, enabling efficient conversion of the subsequently planned works.
Department Overview
OSA is an updated version on Openreach’s former ONSA contract and includes full regional ownership of most network build programmes, network maintenance and repair activities on behalf of Openreach.
Responsibilities
* Effectively organise our outstanding survey workstack to be executed in the most efficient way to ensure we have the best chance to achieve contract SLA’s.
* Ensuring a survey plan is communicated and followed by all surveyors across partners and Direct Labour.
* Enforcing full compliance of Depotnet usage on all surveys completed to allow for reporting efficiencies.
* Identifying areas of development and success.
* Ensuring allocated work is completed on time and to the required quality and safety standard.
* Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
* Be able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
* Communicate effectively with survey operatives across multiple partners and Direct Labour
Experience and Requirements
* Experience on OSA or similar regulated frameworks
* Have a background in poling, civils, or network survey operations
* Strong Excel and operational reporting capability
* A legal right to work in the UK.
