The North of Scotland, Regional Team is a collaboration between NHS Grampian, NHS Highland, NHS Orkney, NHS Shetland, and NHS Tayside.
We are seeking a suitably experienced individual to provide PA and administration support to managers across the north of Scotland. This will include diary management, arranging travel, co-ordination and organisation of meetings and events, minute taking, use of MS Teams and general ad-hoc administration. Cross cover for the office will also be part of the role. The role will include supporting regional networks, projects and programmes which includes Child Health, Child and Adolescent Mental Health services (CAMHS) and the north Cancer Alliance.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, flexible and professional work style with previous experience of providing senior level support within a public sector organisation. You will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, continual and unprompted attention to detail and enjoy using your initiative to improve the efficiency of the team. Working in a challenging and delivery focussed environment, the ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work on their own or as part of a team with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally. A significant component of this role is Agenda planning and Minute taking and due to the nature of the work, a quick turnaround of Minutes is required; with the expectation to travel on occasion across the north to attend meetings.
