ABOUT THE ROLE
About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a variety of projects between £5M and £40M across the commercial, educational, and High spec residential sectors often in challenging city environments.
They require someone with experience working on similar projects who can manage the programme, working under a highly experienced Construction Director and alongside a full site team. The role will require a manager who is able to manage a variety of projects with little or no supervision, utilising previous experience to get this job over the line on time and on budget with a focus on quality of delivery and health & safety. This role will act as a steppingstone into the business for the right individual, with internal promotion and long-term progression a real focus for this company.
REQUIREMENTS
About the requirements:
The successful candidate needs to have extensive experience in managing a range of projects ideally including residential, commercial and educational, with projects ranging in value from £5m to £40m. The ideal candidate should also have a balance of working on new build, and refurbishment projects.
My client is looking for candidates who can show a stability of employment throughout their career keeping each appointment for a minimum of 3 years per employer.

The company offers excellent opportunities and offers a basic salary up to £75,000 for the right person.
In addition to the basic salary there will be benefits including car allowance, pension, health and travel allowance. As well as long term career prospects and progression, you will also work closely with the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director who can offer support should you need it.
