SEN Teaching Assistant About the role Teach Now is recruiting for a number of dedicated and compassionate SEN teaching assistants to join a highly supportive and inclusive specialist school in Newham this September. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges. The school supports students across all age groups and has four well-resourced sites, each with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere where staff are truly valued. As an SEN TA, you will work 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils with a range of needs. You’ll collaborate with a team of experienced teachers, therapists, and support staff to create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment.
