Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Theale, Berkshire for a Practice Accountant - Client Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, providing tailored tax and financial advice, managing deadlines, and maintaining exceptional client communication. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and supporting clients with their growth strategies.
Qualifications
* Expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and tax compliance
* Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
* Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
* Accuracy in financial data analysis and advanced problem-solving skills
* Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with attention to detail
* Familiarity with advanced accounting software and tools
* Previous experience in management within an accounting practice is advantageous
The ideal candidate must have at least three years recent practice experience.
