The Role:
In this key support role, you’ll be working alongside solicitors and legal executives on a range of private client matters, including:
* Drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and estate administration documentation
* Preparing correspondence, trust documentation, and client care letters
* Liaising with clients, executors, and financial institutions in a professional and empathetic manner
* Managing diaries, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
* File opening, billing, and maintaining accurate client records
* Assisting with probate applications and tax planning documentation
Candidate Profile:
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have:
* Prior experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client/Wills & Probate
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* A high degree of professionalism and discretion
* The ability to manage multiple tasks with sensitivity and efficiency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
