We are building a dedicated Business Analysis and Change function and offer a role for someone who understands how a financial advice business works in practice. This is not a highly technical Business Analyst position; instead, we are looking for someone who can identify opportunities to improve processes, challenge existing ways of working and help deliver meaningful change across the adviser and client journey. You will work closely with advisers, paraplanners, operations teams and senior stakeholders, with significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.
