We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. This is a 20% commission on all sales based role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong desire to drive sales. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their safety & security. This position requires excellent communication skills, self motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Engage with new customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
* Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
* Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
* Stay informed about promotions, new products, and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

Overview of Job
You will work your own hours decided by youself reporting weekly to our HQ in Ardrossan. You will earn a fantastic 20% commission on all sales generated by you. Our service engineers span West through the central belt to the East so its an open field regards area of sales opertunities. Our services are required by ALL business both legally & insurable. Our bespoke contract is what company's need. They just need to know about it which is where you come in
