We are seeking an experienced and driven Trade Sales Manager to join our London-based Trade & Contract team. This role is ideal for a proactive B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of the commercial furniture industry across residential, workplace and hospitality sectors. You will be responsible for developing new business relationships, managing key accounts, and delivering growth in line with BoConcept’s brand values and sales objectives.
Build and manage key account relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and procurement firms
Manage and nurture a team of account managers who are responsible for the day-to-day management of the accounts across the sectors we operate in
Train and support the existing account management team to optimise and opportunities and sales from all existing trade accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution
Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to represent BoConcept
Minimum 5 years of B2B furniture sales experience
Strong network within the A&D (architecture and design) community in London and the UK
Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative selling environment
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Passion for design and a keen eye for detail
