Your Tasks
1. Process and pick orders with the utmost care and accuracy, package correctly and despatch on time in line with customers’ requirements.
2. Advise the WHM / Pick and Pack Shift Supervisor of any problems.
3. Operate as a member of the Warehouse team in the Pick and Pack Warehouses.
4. Ensure all Company property / equipment is used and maintained with due care and attention.
5. Ensure that stock and work areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and organised condition.
6. Assist with the organisation and stock rotation of all products held within the department, supporting stock checks and validation.
7. Ensure incoming materials are processed in an efficient and timely manner.
8. Assist with any projects as required by the WHM / Pick and Pack Shift Supervisor or WHM / Shipping Manager.
9. Ensure all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures are taken and that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
10. Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents / accidents and hazards are duly reported.
11. Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual at all times.
12. Attend training courses deemed necessary for this position
13. Provide out-of-hours support as required.
Our Requirements
14. Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
15. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
16. Experience of working in a Pick-Pack environment preferred.
17. Fork Lift Truck experience preferred.
18. Accuracy and attention to detail.
