Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced operations manager who has a current understanding on the DSP logistics world. This experience can come from the DSP 1.0 or the DSP 2.0 model either has a manager or a driver.
Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations and ensure the team meets performance targets.
* Develop and implement strategies for lead generation to enhance business growth.
* Manage recruitment processes
* Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business objectives.
* Provide guidance and support to team members in their professional development.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Experience
* Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the DSP space
* A history of managing self employed contractors.
* Strong understanding of lead generation techniques and relationship management practices.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
