This is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal to play a key role in supporting property litigation matters, with increasing responsibility for managing caseloads and progressing files.
You will:
* Support the progression of property litigation cases under supervision
* Prepare court documents, notices, and legal correspondence
* Liaise with clients and third parties, taking instructions and providing updates where appropriate
* Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
* Maintain accurate case records using case management systems
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, court rules, and deadlines
What we’re looking for
* Previous experience in a litigation environment (property litigation advantageous)
* Knowledge of standard Court processes
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A law degree is not essential; relevant experience and a strong interest in litigation are key.
