Experience within a school or alternative education setting (secondary preferred). Degree-qualified, ideally with QTS/QTLS (or willingness to achieve it). Knowledge of SEN and alternative provision is highly desirable. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about equality, inclusion, safeguarding, and student wellbeing. Competency in English, Maths, or Science (minimum Grade 4/C).
