Our client, a leading whole-of-market mortgage brokerage, is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role for a Scotland-based adviser, with quarterly travel to Edinburgh for team meetings.

Key Responsibilities Advise clients on the full spectrum of mortgage and protection products from across the whole market Manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion Deliver client meetings via phone and video conferencing Maintain current product and regulatory knowledge Work to both personal and company targets while delivering exceptional service Attend quarterly in-person meetings in Edinburgh
Candidate Requirements CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
essential Previous full-market mortgage brokerage experience
essential Proven track record of delivering results in a remote advisory role Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confident with CRM systems and digital tools
