The Role
You'll take ownership of their pilot site in Somerset for 12-18 months, before moving to lead the first large-scale commercial facility in the Midlands.
Whilst in Somerset, you'll be making sure daily operations run smoothly while also playing a central role in developing their commercial facility.
Working closely with the founder and a team of experienced growers and agronomists, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing site operations including lighting, irrigation, fertigation, harvest, and labour.
2. Running structured crop trials and analysing data to inform large-scale processes.
